Are all styles that are available instore in Rose & Poetry available to buy online?
We have carefully selected an range of styles for our online store. Our biggest selection of items however will always be available in our boutique. However, we do have some online exclusives that are not available in the boutique and visa versa. Just to keep things interesting!
If I see something online, can I come instore to try it on?
Yes, of course you can. However we cannot guarantee that the items will still be available as they may sell out via the online store.
Can I place an order online and collect it in-store?

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy online. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange something. To find out how to do this, click here.
How long does it take to get refunded?
As long as you follow our returns procedure, you should be refunded within 30 days of you returning your item to us, however, this is generally a lot sooner. For more information on refunds please click here.
How do I resolve an issue with an order?
While it doesn't happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If there’s a problem with your order, or the goods themselves, please let us know straight away. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the issue with the order.
Can I purchase a Rose & Poetry gift card online?

Can I use Rose & Poetry gift cards or credit notes as form of payment on the website?
Yes you can! Simply enter the code found on your voucher at point of purchase. You can use your voucher as either partial of full payment for your order.
What is your in-store returns policy for Rose & Poetry?
Our in-store policy is different to our online returns policy. In-store, you can exchange or receive a credit note to the value of the goods purchased (provided they have been returned, unworn, unused and in original saleable condition) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase. We don’t offer refunds in-store and there is no return on sale/reduced goods.
Is there a hold system available in-store?
