What is the Rose & Poetry online returns policy?

How long does it take to get refunded?

As long as you follow our returns procedure, you should be refunded within 30 days of you returning your item to us, however, this is generally a lot sooner. For more information on refunds please click here.

How do I resolve an issue with an order?

​While it doesn't happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If there’s a problem with your order, or the goods themselves, please let us know straight away. Email us at hello@roseandpoetryboutique.co.uk and include your order number and the issue with the order. 

Can I purchase a Rose & Poetry gift card online?

​Can I use Rose & Poetry gift cards or credit notes as form of payment on the website?

Yes you can! Simply enter the code found on your voucher at point of purchase. You can use your voucher as either partial of full payment for your order.
